Is to be the force that challenges you to find your best self. Not to settle in the pursuit of your health and wellness, knowing that its the foundation to everything else in our lives. 

Whether its wellness inspiration, healthy recipes, moving through yoga,  or being a part of a community where you feel heard

I don't believe in diets, I've tried too many to know first hand that they don't work & can actually create more problems than before you started.

But I know that you were meant to do more than worry about what you're eating or how much your exercising; labeling it good or bad.

You were meant to live a life of perfectly imperfect moments.

And you can't see those moments if you're restricting yourself.


As someone who has known what its like to be so overwhelmed by all of the health and wellness information out there, on top of every day real life struggles, I totally know how you're feeling.
You know you need to figure out what combination of relationships, self care & sleep that works for you, AKA your lifestyle. You're bogged down by every day life, and feeling like you're barely keeping up. While your health and wellness is on the back burner while you plan the biggest day of your life.

I know it feels like there’s possibly no way out of that slugglish, stressed feeling. But there is!  

It takes deciding that you’re willing to do the work, committing to yourself and sometimes a little outside support.

Hey I’m Dev! 
I’m a Professional Home Economist, Yoga Instructor and Wellness Guide. 
I’ve spent the last decade figuring out how wellness and a healthy lifestyle fits together for me, and learning what works and what doesn’t. 
I’m now taking my unique experience with weight loss, orthorexia, and learning to love my body and sharing it here with you.
