I don't believe in diets, I've tried too many to know first hand that they don't work & can actually create more problems than before you started.

But I know that you were meant to do more than worry about what you're eating or how much your exercising; labeling it good or bad.
You were meant to live a life of perfectly imperfect moments.

And you can't see those moments if you're restricting yourself.


My expertise


I'm like the best friend you didn't know you needed. Here for when you need a cheerleader, but also can be that strong force (or kick in the a**) for when you need it.

Personal Experience

Not only is my educational background in nutrition, I have first hand experience knowing what its like to be on either extreme of things. I know what it's like and I know my past can help your future!

Hey I’m Dev! 
I’m a Professional Home Economist, Yoga Instructor and Wellness Guide. 
I’ve spent the last decade figuring out how wellness and a healthy lifestyle fits together for me, and learning what works and what doesn’t. 
I’m now taking my unique experience with weight loss, orthorexia, and learning to love my body and sharing it here with you.
