Create space in your body any time of day, with this 13 minute all-levels basic yoga flow. No advanced or super intense movements here, just my favourite way to warm up and feel flexibility and strength in my body (yes there will be planks!)
As always, check with your doctor before starting any movement routine AND most importantly, listen to your body. If something doesn’t feel right – back off! I give options for modifications, so those are always accessible to you. Modifying doesn’t mean you’re not doing it right, or aren’t getting the same benefits as the regular version. Modifications give you the opportunity to build upon what you’re working on, without the risk of injury.
