I’m SO excited to be able to offer you virtual LIVE studio sessions, aimed at having you move your body, connect and slow down, and feel (and look!) really good.
Staying at home doesn’t mean you need to lose your exercise routine- schedule in classes like appointments!
All classes come with a Spotify Playlist you can tune into on another device – set the mood and lets get moving!
To get started, follow the links below to sign your virtual waiver, pay for classes, and register for your upcoming class.
How To Sign Up For Classes
1. Sign Your Waiver

PICK FROM DROP-IN OR CLASS PACKS. PAY VIA E-TRANSFER OR PAYPAL. *PLEASE MAKE SURE THIS STEP IS DONE BEFORE REGISTERING FOR CLASSES, OR YOU MAY EXPERIENCE DELAYS ON CLASS DAY.

3.) Connect to Zoom
CREATE A PROFILE ON ZOOM WITH THE SAME EMAIL LISTED ON YOUR VIRTUAL WAIVER. ONCE YOU REGISTER & YOUR PAYMENT IS CONFIRMED, YOU’LL BE EMAILED THE LINK & PASSWORD FOR YOUR SESSION.
Class Schedule
Click on the class you’d to book below! You’ll be taken to a registration page on Zoom.
Please make sure to have purchased your drop-in, or class package before registering.
Give at least 1 hour notice when you sign-up for class in order to receive your confirmation
Flow + Stretch
Move fluidly through yoga poses while connecting breath to each movement. Increase your heart rate while building strength and flexibility. Modifications provided for all poses, props encouraged but not mandatory.
30-minutes of heat-building flows: connecting movement & breath and body-weight strength and mobility exercises.
30 mins of yin-style stretches: safely stretch those tight spots. Most Yin poses are on the floor, and are held for up to 5 minutes. Ideal for busy people & athletes wanting the most out of their time on the mats.
Props like blocks/bolsters, pillows/blankets and sliders/towels are suggested but not mandatory! Great for all levels: beginners build your flow, seasoned yogis: fine tune your practice.
